BJC Health Care and the Washington University School of Medicine developed a campus integration project. In partnership with Jacobs Facilities this project included the relocation of 84 medical departments to a 302,000 square foot, 14 story new building including radiation, cardio, pulmonary, endoscopy, surgery and administration.

FMSG, care’s facility management partner, was hired to be responsible for the move management and labor on this project. An FMSG project manager was on site for most of the year meeting with each department and coordinating the move schedule and the trades required. A move plan was developed and reviewed at weekly meetings. FMSG issued the mover RFP and assisted in the selection of the move labor on the project. We were on site during each move and follow up.
